Returns & Refunds Policy
We sincerely hope that you are satisfied with your order. But in the unlikely event you are not, please follow these steps below.
Please Note: You must take extra care when trying on our items. Do ensure you are not wearing makeup,fragrance or deodorants that may leave a scent, mark or stain on it.
We reserve the right not to refund you if your return does not meet our guidelines. Customers are solely responsible for their return, unless expressly stated.
Steps To Take To Make A Return.
1. Make sure your item is unworn and with it's original tags and item box or original packaging.
2. Email us to notify us of your return at email@example.com.
Email subject should be bold “ RETURNS ”
3. Take your parcel to either a post office or a Click & Collect Centre as advised. Pay for the return postage as the case may be. Get your parcel registered and retain your proof of postage.
4. We will refund you postage fees incurred if the item is notably faulty when received and we must have been notified within 48 hours of receipt through email and a picture of the faulty item must be attached to the email.
5. You have 14 days for Europe and 21 days for international customers to return any unwanted item from the date the delivery was made, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase. Your statutory rights are not affected.
6. Please note, we will only make refunds after the arrival of the item and all paperwork that accompanied the item. On receipt of your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.
All refunds will be made within 7- 14 working days and this will be to the same payment method and currency that was used to make the purchase.

8. Retain your proof of postage and mark the parcel as “RETURNS”
No returns in person will be accepted as there will be no proof of postage for proper documentation purpose.
9. If you post your item to us without notifying us or your return is not is an acceptable condition, You will have to pay a re postage fee for us to post it back to you. If we don't hear from you within 2 weeks of your unacceptable return and for you to make payment for a repost, then we will dispose of you item and we will not be held liable in any way, shape or form. we will not refund you and the issue will be considered closed and can't be reopened.
Late Return Policy
Our return policy is 14 days from the date of delivery for Europe and 21 days for international customers. If your item arrives after the 14 days period or 21 days / or in an unacceptable and unsellable condition, we may not refund your account. You will have to pay a re postage fee for us to post it back to you.
It is in our discretion to accept any item exceeding the approved return days.
We do not refund postage fees , unless expressly stated.
